Dogs have always been part of the Tito’s Handmade Vodka story. In the early days of Mockingbird Distillery, it was just Tito and his canine companion, DogJo, but soon enough the smell of food began attracting regular visitors — stray, abandoned, and feral dogs. Since then, the Tito's team has rescued over 130 dogs; getting them the vet care they need and finding each and every one a loving, forever home, often with a Tito's employee.

This growing pack has been affectionately named the “distillery dogs.”

In celebration of those strays that inspired our Vodka for Dog People program dedicated to helping dogs and their families, Tito’s is teaming up with the movie Strays, only in theaters August 18th!

Strays follows the story of an abandoned dog who teams up with his fellow four-legged friends to exact sweet revenge on his dirtbag owner.
