1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka

1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
2 oz sparkling water
1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Directions
Add Tito's Handmade Vodka, elderflower liqueur, and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with a mint sprig.
