Pickled Cranberry Tito's Grazatini

Savory, tangy, and crafted with liquid gold, otherwise known as Graza olive oil. Add a splash of pickled cranberry and an extra "Drizzle" for a bold yet festive spin on your new favorite martini.

  • Pickled Cranberry Tito's Grazatini Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Graza "Drizzle" fat-washed Tito’s Handmade Vodka

  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth

  • 1 bar spoon pickled cranberry brine

  • 1-2 drops of "Drizzle," garnish

  • 1 pickled cranberry, garnish

  • 2 oz Graza "Drizzle"

  • Pickled Cranberries Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 1 cup cane sugar

  • 1 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 2 tbsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp allspice

  • 1/4 tsp cloves

  • 1/4 tsp black peppercorns

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.

  • Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

  • Garnish with a pickled cranberry and a few drops of "Drizzle."

  • Fat-Washed Tito's Handmade Vodka Directions

  • Add Tito's Handmade Vodka and Graza "Drizzle" to a jar and shake.

  • Store in the freezer overnight until the oil solidifies.

  • The next day, strain out the Tito’s through a damp coffee-filter-lined sieve.

  • Store in the refrigerator.

  • Add cane sugar, red wine vinegar, water, and spices to a saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves.

  • Add cranberries until they begin to pop, about 5 minutes.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
