Pickled Cranberry Tito's Grazatini Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Graza "Drizzle" fat-washed Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 bar spoon pickled cranberry brine
1-2 drops of "Drizzle," garnish
1 pickled cranberry, garnish

- 12 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka Buy It
2 oz Graza "Drizzle"

Pickled Cranberries Ingredients
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp black peppercorns

Pickled Cranberry Tito's Grazatini Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a pickled cranberry and a few drops of "Drizzle."

Fat-Washed Tito's Handmade Vodka Directions
Add Tito's Handmade Vodka and Graza "Drizzle" to a jar and shake.
Store in the freezer overnight until the oil solidifies.
The next day, strain out the Tito’s through a damp coffee-filter-lined sieve.
Store in the refrigerator.

Pickled Cranberries Directions
Add cane sugar, red wine vinegar, water, and spices to a saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Add cranberries until they begin to pop, about 5 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
