Peach & Ginger Infusion

As sweet as peach pie with a kick of ginger, you'll be ready to pick peaches for your next bottle -- or grab a frozen bag of slices, we won't tell.
Ingredients

750 mL Tito’s Handmade Vodka

2 peaches
10-15 ginger slices, quarter-sized
Directions
Peel peaches and slice into wedges (or use frozen peach slices).
Drop peach slices in a glass container.
Let sit 3-5 days.
Add ginger slices and allow 12 hours to infuse.
