Nutmeg Syrup
Follow this simple recipe to make your own nutmeg syrup at home!
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil.
Turn down to a simmer until sugar has dissolved, stirring often.
Double strain through a cheesecloth to remove excess nutmeg.
Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
Keeps for up to 4 weeks.
