  • Clean, peel, and chop beets into cubes.

  • Add Tito's Handmade Vodka and beets into a resealable glass container.

  • Shake and store in a cool dark place for 3 days, shaking the infusion daily.

  • Strain when the infusion has reached the desired flavor.
