TITO’S HANDMADE VODKA KICKS OFF 25TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION BY UNVEILING COMMEMORATIVE BOTTLE DESIGN, FAN-FOCUSED CONTEST, AND MORE
Throughout 2022, Tito’s Handmade Vodka Will Rollout Multiple Initiatives to Thank Loyal Fans For Their Continued Support
Today, Tito’s Handmade Vodka announced its 25th anniversary campaign, a yearlong celebration that tells the company’s against-all-odds story, and thanks Tito’s fans for their support.
To kick off the celebration, Tito’s Handmade Vodka is unveiling its newly designed commemorative bottle, augmented reality-enabled artwork hand-painted by artist Paul Mann, a film that sums up the brand’s 25 years in 30 seconds, and finally, a contest to find and thank the country’s biggest Tito’s fans… with additional 25th anniversary activations to come as the year progresses.
Commemorative 25th Anniversary Bottle
The newly designed commemorative bottle is rolling out now in stores across the United States, and features the brand’s signature copper cap, along with a new spin on the iconic label, which features a special 25th anniversary emblem. On the back of the bottle, fans can find a short paragraph detailing the brand’s story, and a special ode and thanks to its fans.

“While perfecting his vodka recipe, Tito somehow also found time to design our label himself back in the mid-nineties. Since then, our bottle’s simplicity, modest brown paper label and copper cap have made it instantly recognizable on store shelves and back bars,” said Taylor Berry, Vice President of Brand Marketing at Tito’s Handmade Vodka. “The 25th design keeps the spirit of our beloved label so our fans know it’s the same great juice on the inside, but we’ve included special elements to celebrate our anniversary. Our Tito’s fans are essential to our brand, and we figure some may want to hang onto the bottle. To them, we maintain that even if it’s ‘commemorative,’ it doesn’t make you a bad person if you want to drink it. You can always keep the bottle as a reminder of the integral role you played in our story…”
Augmented Reality
As a feature to accompany the new bottle, Tito’s is debuting an augmented reality feature that will give fans a glimpse into the Tito’s origin story. Using their mobile phones, users can scan a QR code and bring in-store displays featuring artwork by Paul Mann to life, and learn more about the Tito’s story in four interactive chapters: The Distillery, The Juice, The Hometown and The Dogs. Once complete, the first 5,000 users can sign-up for the “Tito’s Taster” email list and get a limited-edition copper 25th anniversary bottle topper mailed to them.

25th Anniversary Film
A film that sums up Tito’s 25 years in :30 seconds and thanks fans for their support will be featured across digital and social advertising.
25th Anniversary Celebration Fan Contest
To continue the momentum, Tito’s Handmade Vodka is also giving 25 lucky fans (plus a guest) a chance to win a trip to Austin, TX from October 13 - 16 to attend its 25th Anniversary Celebration. Entrants are encouraged to nominate the Tito’s fan in their life for a chance to win. Self-nominations are also encouraged.
In entries, Tito’s wants to hear what makes that special person a fan – funny memories, a new cocktail invention, a story about dogs – or anything in between. Winners will be flown to Tito’s hometown, where they’ll be invited to attend a pit master-led barbecue event and enjoy VIP amenities at Tito’s Stillhouse Lounge during the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

Additional Activations & Philanthropy
Throughout the year, Tito’s Handmade Vodka will also unveil additional activations across the country to thank loyal fans for their continued support including unique OOH murals around the country featuring Paul Mann’s custom artwork, giving fans the opportunity to capture their love for the brand whether in their hometown or summer road trip adventures.
In addition, fans can also expect to see Tito’s continued support of nonprofits and communities, which has been a key pillar of the brand from the beginning. Fans can be on the lookout for funding opportunities to support those who embody the entrepreneurial spirit that started Tito’s Handmade Vodka 25 years ago.
