We’ve been certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). It’s an important quality for us, and we actually include ​“GLUTEN- FREE” on our label, our marketing materials, and on the website so people can make informed choices.

We do one thing and do it really well, so we put all our energy into making the very best vodka around. If you like flavors in your vodka, we suggest infusing Tito’s at home with fresh ingredients. The corn used to make our vodka is all American, the bulk of which comes from the grain belt in the Midwest. 

That’s up to you, but we think Tito’s is the smoothest spirit available (plus, it’s America’s favorite vodka for a reason).

When we first started Tito’s Handmade Vodka, we never thought it would be a place folks wanted to visit. We’re so grateful that’s what this journey has turned into, and because the distillery isn’t open to the public, we built the Love, Tito’s Retail Store in our hometown of Austin, Texas, for friends, fans, and dogs to stop by, learn a little more about our story, and give back to nonprofits.

Thank you for thinking of us while planning your special event! While we would love to support our fans at every milestone, we focus our giving efforts on registered charitable organizations. We do not sponsor or donate to personal events like birthdays, weddings, bachelor/​ette parties, etc. However, we always suggest inviting Tito’s to the party!

While music is extremely important to our brand, we are unable to sponsor artists or bands individually. Alternatively, we sponsor festivals and support music-related nonprofit organizations or charity-related events.

Within the Love, Tito’s program, we support nonprofits in a variety of ways through events, our Vodka for Dog People program, Block to Block, global research, disaster relief initiatives, and so much more.

While we support nonprofits across a variety of missions, key causes that are important to us include Animal Wellbeing, Veteran Services, Food Security, the Food & Beverage Industry, and the Environment.

We support 501c3 – Public Charities, Private Foundations, and Private Operating Foundations. Depending on the mission and focus, we may also be able to support 501c4, 501c6, and 501c8 nonprofit organizations.

As a vodka company, we support nonprofit events where attendees are 21+, there is an opportunity to serve cocktails, and any activities are safe to participate in while consuming alcohol.

Your request must be received at least 1 month before your event date for us to consider it. Oh, and dogs! If dogs are there, we’re typically there too. We are the Vodka for Dog People, after all.

Please complete our Donation Request Form to tell us what you have in mind. The details in this form help us determine whether and how we can best support your mission. Keep in mind that we require at least 1 month of lead time for donation or sponsorship requests. If your event is 4+ months away, please note that our team typically reviews requests 2 – 3 months before an event date.

While we would love to support our fans at every milestone, we focus our giving efforts on registered charitable organizations and their events. We do not sponsor or donate to personal events like birthdays, weddings, bachelor/​ette parties, etc.

We also are not able to donate to fundraisers for individual people or pets, even though our giving to nonprofit organizations may align with those individuals’ causes. 

The form works best from a computer, versus phone or tablet. We also recommend using Google Chrome and clearing your cache if you’re experiencing issues submitting the form. 

When uploading files, please ensure that your combined files – W9, 501c3 Determination Letter, most recent 990 Form, and Sponsorship Packet – do not exceed 2 MB as the form cannot accommodate file sizes above that limit.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, we typically review and respond to requests 2 – 3 months before an event date.

If your event is in that timeframe, you’ll have an update soon! If you submitted a request more than 4 months in advance of your event, please keep the above timeline in mind.

Our philanthropic model is largely focused on nonprofit events and fundraisers. We do not offer grants at this time, but we appreciate you thinking of us!

While we’d love to be able to support every nonprofit event that comes our way, we aren’t able to accommodate every request. Requests may be denied for a variety of reasons including timeline constraints, schedule conflicts, legal limitations, or mission misalignment. For example, we cannot support requests received fewer than 1 month in advance of an event date or where youth are the primary audience. 

Please keep us in mind for future opportunities where we may be a good fit!
