• 1.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
• 1.5 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear liqueur, or similar (such as Mathilde Poir)
• .5 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
• Barspoon St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram

Method:

• Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: Slice of fresh pear, if available, or a lemon twist
