Marsellian Martini
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- Fresh Lemon Thyme
- 1 Oyster
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Egg White
- 2 oz Noilly Prat Dry
Method:
- Muddle the Tito’s Handmade Vodka with the Thyme and strain.
- Shuck the Oyster and reserve the “oyster liquor”.
- Mix the “oyster liquor” with the lemon juice and egg white and whip into a foam.
- Shake the infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Noilly Prat with ice and strain into martini glass.
- Top with oyster egg foam.
Garnish: Sprig of thyme
