Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka
• .5 oz Mathilde Poire Liqueur
• .5 oz Pom Wonderful
• .5 oz fresh lime juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• 2 mint sprigs
• Splash of club soda
• Optional- 3 dashes Fee Brothers Hibiscus Water

Method:

• Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice.
• Add spirits and Pom. Shake and pour over fresh ice.
• Top with club soda.
