One 2 oz tomato water ice cube
3 good dashes of celery bitters
2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka infused*
1 bar spoon of pickle brine
Garnish with an old bay style powder and skewer of pickles (both made in my little lab…)
Pickles: asparagus, red bell pepper, carrots, celery, red and green jalapeños, garlic and secret brine (make your owe)
*Infused Tito’s: 1, 750 ml bottle of Tito’s, 1 cucumber, coriander, cardamom, white and black pepper corns, Lemon and Lime zest, VERY, VERY SMALL PINCH of salt (weird but it does amazing things with the cucumber) let sit for 2 days and turn the bottle over night.
It’s a very adventurous, amazing drink…. enjoy!
