1.5 oz of Rosemary Infused Tito’s Vodka (To infuse, place 4-5 rosemary sprigs in a 750ml bottle of Tito’s and let sit for 6-8 hours).
3/4 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon
1/2 oz of Apple Syrup
1/2 oz of Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Top with 2-3 oz of Argus Cidery Sparkling Hard Apple Cider
Shake all ingredients (except the cider) with ice in a cocktail tin until chilled. Fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass (or mason jar!). Top with the sparkling Argus cider. Garnish with a simple sprig of fresh rosemary.
