In early February of this year Jack Allen's hosted a special event pairing the talents of Chefs Jack Gilmore and Chris Tenecyk with custom Tito's Vodka creations by Lucky 13, Austin's premiere bar chefs.

.5 oz Kubler or other blanche absinthe
(traditional green absinthe will distort the color of this drink)
.75 Raspberry syrup
(such as Monin or another coffee shop style syrup)
1 oz Pineapple juice
.5 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
.25 oz raspberry liqueur, for drizzle
